| The Town of Berthoud has been a key supporter of the Berthoud Main Street Program and has made significant annual contributions to the program since it began in 2003. The Town recognized it had limited resources to help improve the image and vitality of its historic downtown, so it has supported the program and its volunteer base as Main Street worked to upgrade, energize and restore the downtown as a source of community pride.
